Is anybody knowing how to get letter stating there is a need of that specialty in home country from the government? I think it must be a hard task as we are in us and we have to deal with them through email or phone? Have anybody happened to process that or know somebody who did this before to get J1 once you matched?

send in a DVD of you making love to a 12 year old Lebanese boy and you'll get your letter. A friend, well not a friend anymore after this sh*t, did this and it worked.
