I was thinking of pancreatitis with pseudocyst (red arrow), lolSmile
My confusion is some ct scan does not need to show kidneys , so how do I determine what level is shown on CT?

Excellent guys, yes, it's a Horseshoe Kidney, commonly present with vague abd pain, or may present with UTI, or might be asymptomatic.
Thanks for participating Smile
