Together we can make a change. We really need to realize that this will help not only to those with GC/Passports but also who need visa like me.
If residency positions are increased the Program director are not on going to hire those who have green card or US citizenship. Hopefully with GC/Passports, some of them will be hired within a year or two, then following that these increased numbers of position will help all IMGs. Getting GCs are not that easy that every year you will have 100s of IMGs with GCs and passports.
Spend your five minutes in it, think and sign, instead of wasting your one year of unmatched residency.
