Seems like typical presentations of dermatomyositis? purple-red discoloartion on cheeks & upper eyelids, atrophy of the proximal muscles, muscle weakness?

Yes calendar! A - is the answer. but I did it wrong in my test, because I thought DM is more common in women (what is true), and in older age-group (that is also true)... But I found in ped book (big one) - that can be in children also (with better prognosis), and all the simptoms that U wrote . Smart - U are!
