Isn't it just easier to decompress at the source of obstruction instead of making two nephrostomies?

which mass you are talking about??

0 - ArchivalUser - 08-27-2014

obstruction is a the bladder level by the pelvic mass, resulting in hydronephrosis, so why not decompress at that place which will resolve the hydronephrosis.
