what is the principle to vaccinate for TETANUS in those never vaccinated?
is it tetanus immune globuin or 3 doses of Td?

depends upon kind of wound + history of vaccination
if dirty wound and < 3 dose of vaccine /or no vaccine in past given in past give Td + TIG except if clean minor wound give just Td
