The purpose of this CD is to show you the most important and common neurological signs. These signs, although described in every neurology textbook and in many neuroanatomy books, cannot be fully appreciated unless seen. As a first or second year medical student you probably do not have access to patients exhibiting these signs, and therefore you cannot develop a sense of the signs by direct observation. The movies on this CD, while no substitute for the examination of real patients, should help you begin to develop a clinical sense of neurological disease. Study these patients carefully, they have a lot to teach you.
