82 yr old woman has become increasingly disoriented over the past year. She is pleasant and attempts to be cooperative. She performs poorly on a Mini-Mental State examination. As in the q, the pt have Dementia

the most common is : Dementia alzhei
2nd most common is : multi infart

since this patient has bleeding in the brain due to Hypertension...so
