i read from a post saying that the decision regarding if they want you or not in the program is made within first several seconds. should i believe this? i thought people always change their mind with time. the more time they spend with you, the more familiar they get familiar with you and the more likely make a better decision if or not they want you.

but how can we impress them within the first several seconds? any suggestions?
