Prematches and NRMP - geetaand

Hi all,
The nrmp directory shows quota for each program .does it mean seats left or what it is. it looks like most of the programs have already (sp community pro)prematched most of their seats.
can anyone explain.Really scared after this

no i dont think thats how it is .its just that to register the program they have to show certain number of seats ---no corelation or conclusion can be drawn based on that---
