I just want to share with you what I have just leaned about Med Peds accreditation:
1. Med Peds has always been non-accredited as an individual program but the presence of accredited Medicine and accredited Pediatrics in the institution/health system was sufficient for graduates to prove their eligibility to the boards.
2. Starting from this year Med-Peds Programs will have to register for individual accreditation. So, it would be a good question to ask in the interview if the PD is registering for the individual accreditation. GL
