connecticuit says this "Must complete USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3 within seven years of passing first exam", i passed my step 2 cs in my 2 nd attempt , does that mean i cant apply to connecticuit???

is there anything like if i have 2 attmepts in CS i acnt pply to connecticuit???delaware says it doesnt require anything too , virginia also , which one is better to apply?

7 years when u passed ur first usmle exam , the sentence has nothing to do with no attempts.

when did u pass your first usmle exam ?
count 7 years after it , this u will be ur deadline to pass by that the step3
