taking the breaks during exam - numita

hey i woudl like to know how to take the breaks as in after how many blocks its ideal to take break please let me know exam comnig week

Hi numita

the kaplan q book has a pretty good break structure.

Remember you have 45 mins allocated break time and 15 mins tutorial.
Go over the tutorial in the usmle cd so you can skip it on exam day.
And add that to your break time.

set aside abt 10mins to signing in and out. have to show id after each break and sign and enter CIN number.

I skipped the tutorial took a break betwn block 1 & 2. took a 2 min break betwn 2& 3 just sat at my desk and then started next block. Took abt 15 min lunch break.
and then took a 10 min break after each block coz get more tired in the afternoon so went and washed my face etc.

hey numita i had an experience and i will suggest u that don't plan anything except that how much blocks would u lie to take in first sitting 2-3? rest exam wont give u time to go according ur strategy.
