H4 to H1 - izukutty

I am on H4 right now. Iam planning to visit India in May and to get my H1 Stamped over there. Is it a big risk?

I am in the same situation. As far as I can tell you can get your visa atamped in India, But you need all the paperwork. What I was planning that i will go and come back from India before the visa process starts. ie when my licensing is going on.. As I understand you cant get H1 without a license..
