concept of cardiac output and venous return curve - sam27

HI guys can some kind soul explain this cardia output and venous return curve graph , effect on 1) haemorrhage 2 ) blood transfusion 3)heartfailure 5 sympathetic bock 6 spinalanesthesis
i was doing pathophysio of kaplan qbank and there is more than 10 q of this cardiac output and venous return question
pls some one explan

1)hemorrhageleads to dec mean systemic pressure and a shift of VR to the left in gragh(dec)
CO also dec (right ward shift of the CO curve on graph)
wat mean sys pressure is inc by an inc in blood volume n dec by dec in Blood volume
2)blood transfusion
As i mentioned...inc in BLOod volume inc mean sys pressure..CO n VR both inc (both CO n rite atrial pressure r inc
3)heart failure dec contractilty results in dec CO .it also depend which heart is undergoing failure cud heart is unable to contract enuf to eject normal SV
4).sympathetic block spinal anesthesia...will dec sympathetic stimulation ...vasodilatation ...results in dec VR n consequently dec preload ...dec CO

din explain contractitly with respect to graph above
dec contractilty dec SV n CO.in graph u gonna c downward shift of the cardiac output with no effect on VR curve in graph
