so did I, their explanation did not make sense to me honestly, the guys is immunoc plus plus clinical Sx's of PCP...+++
MAC would be high on the list not Mycoplasm. But they say CXR findings not more typical for atyipcal orgs such as Mycoplasma or Chlamydia The CXR only showed -- Diffuse Bilater Instertsitial Infiltrates w/o hilar adenopathy Has anyone else seen this in the new UW source online, under infectious q's??? |
