i have finished step1 85 ..( studied for 7 month), can i finish step 2ck within 3 monthes so i can have a chance in the match?
please help me.., are 3 mo enoght for step 2ck?

hav u done cs. bc cs results may take as long as 3 months.
ck prep depends on ur background knowledge, hhow old grad u r, average preparation usuly takes is 3-4-5 months depending on u.

Hi Grace2, time of preparation is so personal, depends on many things, but mainly on how good are your basis, if you feel that your step 1 knowlege is good then this will be a bit easier. You should evaluate yourself taking tests from Qbook or UWqbank to see if you can skip the reading some material because go through all kaplan books takes at least 2 months.
I scored almost the same as you in step 1, that's why I'm investing more time here, I need a higher score.

and what is more time saving kaplan notes or lectures?

I would suggest to go through the notes and lectures in IM & OBG (especially gynecology), the rest just the notes is enough. That's my opinion.
