Hi friends,
I will get my EAD this year. I am little concerned that if I apply on EAD and later on if the green card application get rejected for whatever reason ( 10 % of them get rejected every year)then my residency will be screwed up. so should I apply on H1 and J1 rather than EAD. what are you guys going to do.what should I tick on my visa section in CV in ERAS.??please advice me. ask an attorney, my answer would be the same as yours. a lot of people are in the same situation. check the previous posts.

are you the primary who filed 485?if so then your previous job and current residency has to be of similar discription.if you are dependent then i think there wont be this problem.

Hi,
i have EAD,will be getting green card hopefully in next 2 months,do i write permanent resident in profile/only foreign national?
I have EAD on L2 visa,my I-141 is not yet thro?
pl some one reply...
