Patient has anterior compartment syndrome,resulting from fluid accumulation in ant fascial compartment of leg.The increased pressure results in compression of muscles,bld vessels and nerves.Major nerves coursing are deep peroneal nerve and superficial peroneal nerve(proximal part).Deep peroneal nerve innervate extensor digitorum longus,which extends all toes except big toe.
