1. 3 year old gir with vaginal bleeding. Physical gorwth and appropiate developmental landmarks. no medical history remarkable. On visual exam, the perineum bleeding, multiple cystic masses like grapes in introitus.

2.32 year old multiparous woman with vaginal bleeding between normal menses over the past 6 months. Bleeding is painlesswithout cramping. No poscoital bleedign. Last pap 6 months ago was negative for dysplasia or malingancy. Sterilization 3 years ago. Pelvic exam: vagina, cervix are normal, uterus asymetrically enlarge, about 8 week size and nontender. bHCG negative

1. answer is H.. Sarcoma botryoides also known as rhabdomyosarcoma of the vagina, is a malignancy in infants and young shildren that arises from embryonal rhabdomyoblasts, the tumor resemobles a bunch of grapes, has a good prognosis with conservatice surgery followed by chemotherapy, it is a rare mailiganan and is ussually under 8 years of age.

In termitent vaginal bleeding between menses is suggestive of an anatomic lession.
Discard nvasive cervical cercinome that usually has postcoital bleeding
The presence of ASYMMETRICALLY enlarged, firm nontender uteros is suggestive of subseroal or intramular myoma, becuase it is bleeding, submucosas is more logic.
