about usmle123 - ramlahabib
#1
in my final diagnosis in one of the cases I wrote 'asthma exacerbation' instead of just asthma and the software just gave me 25% points as it compares your answer to an ideal answer, hope this does not happen in real exam...............

Don't worry !! It won't happen like that in the real exam. Because the CSS will be judged by physician not computer. USMLE need a correct diagnosis whether you write Asthma or asthma exacerbation or exacerbation of asthma.

diagnosis believe it or not, doesnt count towards your final score. Its your initial management and workup, and treatment that matters.

usmlesteps123 has a lot of issues so don't take it granted. Nobody, steps123 included, knows how ccs score is granted, USMLE has not divulge such information
