Everybody who took step 3 before residency start, please share your expierence. Did you pass or not? How was your score? Would you recommend it? Why did you take it before residency? etc...Your input will be appreciate it!

i took step 3 before residency.
passed with a score of 87 on 2nd attempt.

do online kaplan q bank & usmle world ccs cases. didn't do them during the 1st attempt.

me too.passed on first attempt.I found it hard as I was a new graduate with no clinical experience due to not able to match .
