there is no dinner or get together with the residents.
if u have done any research then they can ask questions on it.....but only in a positive way...not questioning ur role or like that.
u are right its really an academic setting.....one thing i forgot to tell u that they give us 2 questions to write the answers---q were also general about life xpirence.

too (but my dad had a saying for me which said'if wishes were true horses would fly!' ) but we can be happy hoping for this or that...wish you hav a good time interview'g!
