True. It acts at the AV node and decreases the number of impulses that are conducted from atria to ventricles through the AV node. Thus, it controles ventricular rate. TAC

Matt.. LOL You are too funny. If I post an answer, it is usually because I know what I am saying. If I am not sure, I usually say "I guess" or "I am not sure".
