also u know wayne state univ. is in detroit, which is very dangerous city..........so go for maryland

Depending on your major is where you should go...

Psychology Majors should go to Wayne State... while I don't know much about U of Maryland.

I've lived in Detroit area my whole life and the city is actually beautiful. There is a lot of stereotype about the city but it really is amazing. Yes there are some bad spots but the Campus itself is also beautiful. If you go to Wayne State it doesn't mean you have to live in Detroit. You can live in an outside suburb which are safer and there are some great college town areas.
