on movement if

flexion painful.....do we extend knee or rotate knee to check for rom...or document unable to assess rom...or rom decreased??

then do we do valgus varus mcmurrays drawer tests at alllllll???????

never don't touch painful area agian if u want to assess ask pt first then do it gently but if he refuses just ask him how much can he move his joint to get a rough idea of rom
do all varus , vulgus , drawers on nonpainful knee , just to show that u know all these test
