I just opened the first one 'cell injury'-didn`t ask for any code! Try opening one by one!
I don`t have other step-1 materials as I am doing step-2ck now and after finishing with it I am planning to take it(these patho is for both step-1 and 2 so I had saved the links)

use vlc player to open files.. or convert them to mp 3 files..

what i believe is some of us have corrupt format files.. its better to do as i said above
