This is my 4th attempt to matched, last year had 5 IVs but did not matched.
IMG old grad.(1996) with residencies from my country
Step 1 5 attempts 80
Step2 1 attempt 79
CS 1 attempt
Step 3 1 attempt 78
4 years of volunteering to free clinics and county hospitals
9 mos of USCE
10 very nice LORs
I researched and called every programs that I applied to (State requirements and program requirements) so not to waste money, applied to 33 programs had 3 IVs...and a lot of prayers!!!!

before you apply, go to FSMB first and look at the state requirements, apply only in states that you are qualified as some states have attempts requirements, then call each program in that state and apply only in programs that you are qualified. I cannot tell which program to apply since most states and programs update their requirements yearly, also if you can pass step 3 on the first attempt that will be very good in your case.

I know that programs update their requirements yearly but at least I could call them and I ask them.
I can give you my email if you do not want to post in public the programs. I really feel desesperate to get a position.

I applied only in PF in Alabama, Colorado, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania, so sorry i can't tell you which program.
