The hospital is St John's Episcopal Hospital in NY, they need ecfmg certificate and they don't sponsor visa (you should have GC,EAD or citizenship) their site is: www.ehs.org, go to the site and download the application forms for "Traditional Internship program", it is a 1 year internship (paid) but as an MD you don't get any credit for that, which means that if you get into another residency program next year you have to repeat your first year, it's just a one year paid USCE.
