WHY NOT PSA.
If PR is normal,next thing is PSA, if PSA is normal, than Ultrasounded guided biopsy.
You cannot come to conslusion on PR only, it is clearly given in Kaplan notes, please go
through and post if Iam rong. Thank you

i guess prostate and thyroid cancer are osteoblastic.....rest r osteoclastic.....i'b go for PSA
