K-I VISA versus B-I VISA -

Please needs advice as to K-I visa(fiancee visa) versus B-I visa to meet my fiancee in the US.I am asking myself which one to obtain.How long will the K-I visa take.How easy is it to have or rejected and what do you think of B-I visa to enter and marry my Fiancee.Please help.I am in germany and applying for 2006 Resisdeny program.Did any of you guys go through this process.THANKS FOR RESPONDS.

On K-I visa you are allowed to get married to the US citisen and subsiquently to apply for adjustment of status(to become the US citisen yourself). On K-I you can stay in the US 90 days during which you get married or go home. To get this visa might take up to 6 months since the application day.
Sorry, I do not know much about B-1 visa.

with B1/B2 visa you can stay in US for a maximum of six months if the officer who meets you at the airport wants to give you that time... with K1 you can only stay for 90 days and live if you dont get married
