Dear friends, we are a lot of foreign physicians, I work for Orlando Regional Hospital at the ER, we are 5 FMG's there working as advanced clinical techs.
Is not fair for us to be working in those categories, we are well trained and we can do much better, for some is easy because they have the financial resources but for others is not because we have to work and support a family and still get time to study independently (courses are far too expensive). We should get together and see the ways we can get a better position and a better pay, this way we'll have more opportunities to pass those tests.
