i dont think one can pick one over another as they are both excellent. it all depends on what you feel comfortable with. kaplan has a plus because it comes with video lectures but some like brs better. good luck.

BRS is more detailed than Kaplan..but Kaplan is covering the HY material and BRS might have useless extra material..
To me the best Physio Review is NMS.. very few people talk about it as it is pretty detailed and gets into details.. butit contains LOTS of pathophysiology....If one can get done with NMS.. then physiology and pathophysiology should not be much of a problem.

definitely kaplan... always follow kaplan for all subjects except patho....

the BRS author has written another book :LINDA S COSTANZO PHYSIOLOGY
