dependz on wwen ths PD wants ur score to initiate for H1, tyming is criticalas u have to have the H1 b4 u start wid ur residency, so as long as u get H1 b4 start of ur resid, its OK, thr4 the earlier the better

Hi friends, when is the latest we can lodge the things for H1AB visa. I mean I am really confused, why does some PD want it by end of January , and some want it by match. thanks . andy

Depends on how competitive the program is.........good programs want it fast n dont wanna wait.... others r ready to wait the H1 processing time is abt 3 weeks with express fee so max anyone will wait will be march (as results take 4-6 weeks) thats hw i think it is |
