i ll go with d.. peutz jeghr syn.. but it is not haphazard but rather it has got a arborising pattern..

Cannot be A, E.. as malignancy primary or secondary s very rare in SI..
C.. Gardners.. assoc with many polyps mainly in colon.. here only single polyp..
B. possible.. may be hyperplastic polyp.. im not sure abt this choice

but PJ has got beautiful arborising pattern (tree like).. source Robbins

yes you are right! the point i would like to highlight is haphazard= this term goes for a hamartomatous lesion- like PJ- which is an hamartoma-
so arborising pattern - simpley a patern...but if we say haphazard proliferation of cells/tissue...that means a hamartoma. Pathology is all about terms!
