i got a US visa valid for 3 months (not multiple entry), and i have my CS exam scheduled in the 3rd of Nov.

should i try to schedule the exam earlier and apply for another visa for the interviews if everything goes ok?

my visa took 6 months to get ready btw!

Yes Try to reschedule the date & take the exam as soon as possible.I think if you have some unavoidable circumstances with permission from the authorities you can extend your visa but you gotta confirm that...
