Its D , you got to rule out Ca. colon......

old pts, fatigue ( anemia ), no previous history of chronic liver disease ( so less likely to develope primary liver malignancy and cirrhosis would have appeaed in he U/S if he is alcoholic or HCV +ve ) ....... i would go for colonoscop D

liver ca ,metastasis is far more common(esp.from GI, breast & lung ca) than primary liver ca w/c is usually arise from a setting of CLD & hence doing colonoscopy is contributory to reaching the dx.
