A White Lab coat and a Steth (prefarably a classic one with separate diafragm and bell)(they will provide any of these for you, but dont be the clown and dont be the morning show).

Youre scheduling permit, wich is NOT the same as the Confirmation Notice... so chek twice if you have BOTH of those...

and of course a valid goverment Issue ID that is a US passport or Driver License (Electoral Card is not a valid ID either) for AMG's and the laser visa card is THE ONLY ONE they accept so again your Country of Origin ID IS NOT a valid goverment issue ID in the USA.
