i will go for bbbbbbbbbb

as thryoid leads to hypercalcemia by bone resorption and afib!!!

2 possibilities--- hyperthyroid or Diuretic overdose

Diuretic given with digoxin --->leads to digoxin toxicity-->which may be responsible for altered mental status of the patient

Hyperthyroid is the possibility because of stone and AF.....

So seems like Hyperthyroidism is the ans....
