WHY DO U WANT TO START BLIND TREATMENT, IF QUESTION ASKS U BOTH POSSIBILTIES.

generally we do questions only to target pospartum fever for thromobophelibitis, but deat when u have postpartum fever, u will two choices ( reasond behind it), it can be abcess or throm.... , so better to decide it first. let suppose we start heparin as u said, and after starting it, we still couldnt get result, and abcess changed in sepsis, what do u think, will u realize that u could have CT scan before starting.

if u have abcess, u have to drain ir immediately, u cant wait.

yes mostly we have question only for thrmobo.... so we often use heparin, but when he ask for both diagnosis and rx, u have diagnose it first.

on 5,6,7th these are days on which u can find both problems with same faetures. high fever, not responding to AbX. so do CT. and go with results.
