I'm not the best judge, but I'd say it depends on what you are looking for.
The things it has going for it are:

A University program
sponsors H1 and J1
Has okay fellowship opportunity
Good Salary, better than most places

As for the negetives you'll just have to fill yourself in when you get there. start by looking out of the plane when you get to Omaha....

I'm sorry drtulip but I'm an img myself, I think it depends on what is important to you, You should compare it with other places you interview with, and if you like it, then go for it.
