well what i make out of it..is either ur bluffing bout ur scores here like most of the people on forum or u applied to really elite programs....or...they didnt like ur over all personality and were giving u an indication that they were not interested in u by commenting on ur step 3 score....period!!!!

coz i never heard any program commenting on any scores..coz they already had reviewed ur application before calling u....
