Is there a way to remember what questions to ask for a pt with fatigue. Also, what examinations should I do in a short period of time?

depends to the pt other complains or symptoms.consider: psychiatric ,endocrine,malignancy,sleep disorder .then ask each 2-3 q's
D,dx are depression,sleep apnea,abuse,malignancy,hypothyroidism,DM in most patients.some other diff. is also considered but is less common.
start from the clues u get from pt for PE,but always thyroid and lymphnodes ,conjunctiva,CV/PUL/ABD/ext and reflexes.
