hi,
could any one give me this..

---- drugs/toxins acting on cell cycle various phases G1,G2,S,M
--- does anything affect the Go phase?

----- will a retrovirus infected cell have all these phases?

it is very simple ,understand the mechanism
for eg
the 1 acting against the microtubule formation will b specific for M phase (vincristine,vinblastine,paclitaxel etc)
the 1 acting against dna synthesis will have to act in S phase (5-flurourasil,azathioprine,thioguanine etc)
the alkalyting agent will have to b non specific since they there action is to destroy the DNA hence they can act anytime .
apart from this just remember bleomycin which act at G2 PHASE and etoposide act at junction of s and g2 phase
