i failed the ICE portion 2 times!!!!....can anyone PLEASE HELP and tell me what they did in the DATA GATHERING AND PATIENT NOTE SECTION that gave them a passing score in that area....ANY AND ALL HELP WITH BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!....

Please follow "LIQURAAA" and "PAM HUGS FOSS" for every case and you will pass.

You need pratice many times to remember how to ask ho present illness by asking "LIQUORAAA" and past hx by asking "PAM HUGS FOSS". When you practice more, you will imprint these in your brain and will not forget even during the stressful situations either in test or in your future clinical work.
After many times practice you may realize that you don't need to write note during patients encounter.
Try to figure out the right way to prepare CS.
