Does anyone know of any Xlinked Dominant diseases? and, what would the family tree look like (considering X inactivation in females, but not in males,...)

I dont know of any X-Linked dominant diseases....but due to X-inactivation some females may not show the disease (reduced penetrance)...al the males will show the phenotype due to 100% penetrance

Fragile X Sindrome, is one of the few diseases with X Linked Dominant inheritance mode.

This diseases are characterized by affecting both sex, but there is not male-to-male transmission, because father passes just Y chromosome, not the X chromosome, to his XY son. Also, because is a Dominant disease, inheriting the X (disease-carrying chromosome) means suffering from the disease.
