To All Applicants to St. Joseph's Children's Hiospital, Paterson, NJ:

Please be advised that it is not necessary to email me that you have updates
to the ERAS system. You do not need to notify me that you have added a letter
of recommendation or changed your personal statement, etc.

We update applications and process data on a regular basis. My inbox is
unnecessarily full with such emails.

I understand the importance and urgency you must feel to attain a position in
such a competitive environment. However, this will not advance your standings.
I am sure we are not alone in this view. Other hospitals feel the same way.

i have not applied to this program, but don't worry. its a common practice by applicants to send update-emails to the programs they r interested in regarding their applications. this program seems to have received a lot of the same. its nothing against u, they just dont want anyone else to send them similar mails.
