if you got iv lets say 2 days ago, when you should send them email to schedule IV, ASAP or it deosn't matter?

send it asap. later you may not get preferred dates and the interview slots may get filled. programs do send more interview invitations than interview slots they have. then u will go on a waiting list. you don't want that, do you?

do i have to send thank you letter along with scheduling or thank you letter is only after IV?
