Is it possible to apply without mspe or dean's letter? For FMG how much weight it carries if usmle scores are good (~99)?

No it is not mandatory. If you cannot sent mspe eras will provide a neutral page instead. About the importance, what can I say I already have 2 iv without mspe. Some other people have many ivs already without mspe.

it is not necessary to apply, since the ecfmg will only release the mspe on november 1st to all programs....not before that
