There is hope as long as you don't go beyond the program's application deadline; however, chances are low since most program have the rule "first come, first served". I recommend you apply early, do the "impossible" to have your documents, scores, etc. earlier. You can get interviews if you apply around that time, of that I'm sure. Good luck.
